$$A_1=\frac{3\times 4}{2}=6$$$$r=\frac{6\times 2}{3+4+5}=1$$$$A_2=\frac{4\times 4}{2}=8$$$$R=\frac{8\times 2}{5+4+\sqrt{17}}=\frac{16}{9+\sqrt{17}}$$$$\Rightarrow \frac{r}{R}=\frac{9+\sqrt{17}}{16}\approx 0.8202$$
