$$\left(i\right)x=3y$$$$\left(ii\right)4x-60=3y+3$$$$\Rightarrow 4x-60=x+3$$$$\Rightarrow \{\begin{array}{l}x=21\\ y=7\end{array}$$$$$$

$$\frac{x-(x-15)}{4y-(y+1)}=\frac{15}{3y-1}=\frac{3}{4}\Rightarrow y=7$$$$\frac{x}{4\times 7}=\frac{3}{4}\Rightarrow x=21$$
