$$n(\mathrm{P}\cup \mathrm{H}\cup \mathrm{W})=n\left(\mathrm{P}\right)+n\left(\mathrm{H}\right)+n\left(\mathrm{W}\right)$$$$-n(\mathrm{P}\cap \mathrm{H})-n(\mathrm{H}\cap \mathrm{W})-n(\mathrm{P}\cap \mathrm{W})+$$$$n(\mathrm{P}\cap \mathrm{H}\cap \mathrm{W})$$$$\mathrm{Given}\mathrm{that}n(\mathrm{P}\cup \mathrm{H}\cup \mathrm{W})=59\mathrm{and}$$$$a+b+c=6\mathrm{so}\mathrm{that}$$$$n(\mathrm{P}\cap \mathrm{H})+n(\mathrm{H}\cap \mathrm{W})+n(\mathrm{P}\cap \mathrm{W})=$$$$(a+x)+(c+x)+(b+x)=a+b+c+3x$$$$=3x+6$$$$\mathrm{and}n(\mathrm{P}\cap \mathrm{H}\cap \mathrm{W})=x.$$
