$$\frac{1}{2}\times a\times bsin(90+\theta )=\frac{abc}{4R}wherea=\sqrt{8^2+{15}^2}=17$$$$c=\sqrt{{20}^2+{15}^2}=25;sin(90+\theta )=\frac{15}{17}$$$$\Rightarrow R=\frac{c}{2cos\theta }=\frac{25}{2\times \frac{15}{17}}=\frac{5\times 17}{6}=\frac{85}{6}$$$$\Rightarrow 2R=\frac{85}{3}$$
