$$\sqrt{{(R+1)}^2-{(R-1)}^2}=\sqrt{2^2-1^2}+\sqrt{{(R+1)}^2-R^2}$$$$\Rightarrow R=5+2\sqrt{6}$$

$${(2\sqrt{R}-\sqrt{3})}^2=1+2R$$$$2R-4\sqrt{3}\sqrt{R}+2=0$$$$R-2\sqrt{3}\sqrt{R}+1=0$$$$\sqrt{R}=\sqrt{3}+\sqrt{2}$$$$R=5+2\sqrt{6}$$
