$$\frac{1}{1}\times \frac{BF}{FD}\times \frac{3}{4}=1\Rightarrow \frac{BF}{FD}=\frac{4}{3}$$$$\Rightarrow {\mathrm{\Delta }}_{ADF}=\frac{3}{7}\times {\mathrm{\Delta }}_{ADB}=\frac{3}{7}\times \frac{3\times 3}{2}=\frac{27}{14}$$$$\left[CDFE\right]={\mathrm{\Delta }}_{ACF}-{\mathrm{\Delta }}_{ADF}$$$$=\frac{1}{2}\times \frac{4\times 3}{2}-\frac{27}{14}=\frac{15}{14}✓$$
