$$mg\left(\frac{l}{2}\right)=\frac{1}{2}\left(\frac{{ml}^2}{3}\right){\omega }^2$$$$\Rightarrow (\mathit{\omega }=\sqrt{\frac{3\mathit{g}}{\mathit{l}}}$$$$F_H=mg+m{\omega }^2\left(\frac{l}{2}\right)$$$$=mg+m\left(3g/2\right)$$$${\mathit{F}}_{\mathit{H}}=\frac{5\mathit{m}\mathit{g}}{2}.$$

$$\mathrm{should}\mathrm{it}\mathrm{not}\mathrm{be}:?$$$$F_H=mg+m{\omega }^2\frac{\mathrm{L}}{2}$$$$=mg+m\left(3g\right)\frac{1}{2}$$$${\mathit{F}}_{\mathit{H}}=\frac{5}{2}\mathit{m}\mathit{g}.$$
