$$areaoftriangleABC=\mathrm{\Delta }$$$$\mathrm{\Delta }=\frac{BC\times AM}{2}$$$$\mathrm{\Delta }=\frac{AB\times OP}{2}+\frac{BC\times OQ}{2}+\frac{CA\times OR}{2}$$$$\Rightarrow \frac{AB\times OP}{2}+\frac{BC\times OQ}{2}+\frac{CA\times OR}{2}=\frac{BC\times AM}{2}$$$$AB=BC=CA$$$$\Rightarrow OP+OQ+OR=AM$$
