$$N\cos \alpha =mg$$$$\Rightarrow N=\frac{mg}{\cos \alpha }$$$$N-N\sin \alpha =ma$$$$\Rightarrow a=\frac{N(1-\sin \alpha )}{m}=\frac{g(1-\sin \alpha )}{\cos \alpha }$$
