$$\mathrm{in}\mathrm{an}\mathrm{equilateral}\mathrm{triangle}\mathrm{the}\mathrm{height}\mathrm{is}$$$$\mathrm{divided}\mathrm{with}\mathrm{ratio}2:1$$$$\Rightarrow h=6\Rightarrow s=4\sqrt{3}\Rightarrow \mathrm{area}=12\sqrt{3}$$
