$${lim}_{x\to 2^{-}}f\left(x\right)={lim}_{x\to 2^{+}}f\left(x\right)=5$$$${lim}_{x\to 4^{-}}f\left(x\right)={lim}_{x\to 4^{+}}f\left(x\right)=3$$$$\Rightarrow fiscontinuous.$$
