$$\Rightarrow \sqrt{\mathrm{z}}=\mathrm{u}$$$$\Rightarrow 4\mathrm{z}\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}-\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}=5+10\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}$$$$\Rightarrow \sqrt{\mathrm{z}}(4\mathrm{z}-1)=5(1+2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}})$$$$\Rightarrow \sqrt{\mathrm{z}}(2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}-1)(2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}+1)=5(2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}+1)$$$$\Rightarrow (2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}+1)\{\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}(2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}-1)-5\}=0$$$$2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}+1=0\leftleftarrows \mathrm{not}\mathrm{possible}$$$$\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}(2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}-1)-5=0$$$$\Rightarrow 2\mathrm{z}-\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}=\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}(2\sqrt{\mathrm{z}}-1)=5$$$$$$
