$$\mathrm{Of}\mathrm{course}.$$$$\mathrm{If}\mathrm{m}\mid p,\mathrm{so}\mathrm{m}\mid -p$$$$\mathrm{If}\mathrm{c}\mid (a-b),\mathrm{then}\mathrm{c}\mid (b-a)$$
