(d^2 y/dx^2 )=6x+2=0  ⇒ x=−(1/3).

d2ydx2=6x+2=0x=13.

(dy/dx)=3x^2 +2x+3=3(x+(1/3))^2 +(8/3)>0  ⇒there is no turning point.

dydx=3x2+2x+3=3(x+13)2+83>0thereisnoturningpoint.
