A=lw    and as l=2w     A=2w^2 =2×(20)^2  = 800cm^2   ⇒ ΔA=4wΔw =4×20(±0.2)cm^2                 =±16cm^2   Area = A+ΔA =800cm^2 ±16cm^2  .
