∫ tanxdx =∫ ((sinx)/(cosx))dx =−∫((d(cosx))/(cosx)) =−ln∣cosx∣ +C

tanxdx=sinxcosxdx=d(cosx)cosx=lncosx+C

isn′t this just −log_e cos (x)+C or am i missing something?

isntthisjustlogecos(x)+Coramimissingsomething?

there is another solutions like (1/2)ln(1+tan^2 (x))+c

thereisanothersolutionslike12ln(1+tan2(x))+c

yes because 1+tan^2 x =(1/(cos^2 x))→the same result

yesbecause1+tan2x=1cos2xthesameresult
